Including tags in question URL

When it comes to SEO, I was thinking that including tags in URL could bring some benefits over URL which only one-line question.

Setting URL as this for example:

http://www.question2answer.org/qa/12974/including-tags-in-question-url--seo-clean-urls-tags

Could there be any benefits from this? If yes, how can it be done in Q2A?

I'd say the effect was very minimal, especially since the tags would often be part of the title and therefore already in the URL.

One thing that is a little more effective, is putting better keywords closer to the beginning of the title, e.g. "url - Including tags in question URL". You can do that quite easily in a custom theme by overriding the title function (called title() or page_title(), I forget).
