How to remove + sign in user url

I need to remove + separator in user profile page url..

Ex: example.com/user/kavin+run

i need url like this

Ex: example.com/user/kavin-run

please provide advice to solve this problem

You can not (should not) remove this . Because when ever a username has a space it will converted to a + symbol . (there are many encoding rules like that )
