I'm trying to build a welcome page to introduce new visitors to Q2A system. Many of them may be leaving because they are confused by the design and they simply won't know the potential of the site unless they use it. So I want to have a guide in the front page but still not bother people who've already signed up.
So this is what the visitor should see in both scenarios:
NOT LOGGED IN USER:

A sign up form at the right side of the screen.

An image inviting to a tour at the left side of the screen.

The site logo at the top-left.

The standard login bar at the top of everything.

Nothing else.
