how create page with qa_ functions and add it to link-list on top (hot, ask, and e.g...)

 I figured out how to use the integration with q2a, but can `t figure out how do I make a page for q2a that it could use the functions qa_. And to be able to add to its list of pages displayed on the top of the list of issues. Tell me where to read about it. I want to tie a nice Ajax-chat for q2a.
