info on disabling categories for modoe of question classification

hi, i am using both categories and tags for classifying the questions. Now when i disbale categories for classification and allow tgas as the only mode of classification, i get a message saying," Some questions have categories which will not be displayed ". What does that mean? Does it mean that questions with categories will not be displayed anymore? or somethingelse? what happens to the questions with the categories ?

but the thing is evenif i disable the categories mode, the questions are still displayed.

Check without admin login or with normal user without having admin permission. That may be because you are logged in as admin
