XML sitemap and accented characters?

Question 1

Why the XML sitemap plugin not handle correctly the accented characters like:

á ű ú ő ó ü ö í. for instance: the word állatok looks like this %C3%A1llatok/

In the URL filed of Firefox displays these characters which are the names of the categories, but when I check the sitemap in webmaster tools, the sitemap page also shows the wrong characters. IE same boat...

Any suggestion, or am I missed some threads? Please lead

These characters are urlencoded, since they are outside the legitimate URL character set. This is the intended behavior.
