Bump a Thread?

Question

I wonder if it would be possible to bump a thread. Like a 'bump' button, similar to the 'edit' or 'answer' button that just puts the thread at the top again.

I think vote-up is the equivalent of a bump for a message board.  What would the bump do?  Like a super vote-up to move to the top?
