User profile not found

Question

I have A QA site integrated with Wordpress

The issue is that the user profile page (clicking at user name) generates 404

The issue may be linked to another issue described in this question

It looks like an .htaccess file on your main site is interfering with the URLs for individual users.

I have rewritten the .htaccess line
#RewriteBase /
to
RewriteBase /qa
and  works,

Note that RewriteBase / did not work
