closing question but

Question

How can i close a question and block in every action my question?

Actually if i close the question or i choose a best answer  nobody can answer but is possible to continue to comment and this frequently create confusion because a lot of users write a lot of comments deprecating the closing action or the selection of best answer too immediatly for example.

There is a solution?

Write a plugin which overrides function qa_page_q_post_rules(...) to prevent the comment button being shown if it is a closed question, or an answer to a closed question.

if i was able to write a plug in probably i was not here to ask nothing or may be i was here to give my code asking why that i have written  does not work and to ask suggest from community :(
