What's best approach to have a buddypress integreted Q2A site.

I have a Q2A network site on main domain, and I want to install wordpress CMS with buddypress plugin. let's say Q2A in installed in "mysite.com" and I want to install wordpress with buddypress in "mysite.com/CMS/"What should I do next to integrate them?
