Confirmation emails not working properly

Question

Just installed Q&A 1.5.2 everything seems to be working fine except Confirmation Emails, a email is sent however the user receives as the subject:-

 

[emails/confirm_subject]

and the message body is:-

[emails/to_handle_prefix][emails/confirm_body]

 

Searched your forums and cant find anything please help!

This comes from file qa-app-emails.php about line 105.

Seems that it does not get parsed somehow.

Have you checked qa-lang-emails.php about line 72, there should be defined:

'to_handle_prefix' => "^,\n\n",

tried installed and removed site  many times but  nothing working please help
