Who created this website! I got questions!

Question

Why did you decide to make it to where you haven't got to sign up or register? That's one of the best things about this and it doesn't have a billion questions on it per day so people have time to get answers. This is my first question so there might mis spells but What is the best way to create your own website? What program did you use? And did it cost you? And does the verification numbers have any special meaning like the 1899 one? Thanks a bunch!

I think you are confused. This is a website about Question2Answer, a piece of open source software that allows you to set up your own Q&A website. The software was created by Gideon.

This isn't a general Q&A site, it is only for questions about the software itself. But you can take the software and make your own Q&A site if you want. Try the demo if you are interested in how the software works.

About the cost: If You are new to building websites You just need a domainname and a hosting with mysql database included, what may cost 5 $ / month or cheaper.
