Safari and Chrome are displaying the questions fine. See below.

But FF 9 or 10 are having issue. Please see below.

How do I troubleshoot this issue?

Have you tried the Firebug plugin? You can then right click > inspect element, and check what styles are applied and what may be causing the issue.
