I am losing my css on the second level of the categories

Question

I have created categories and then sub categories

When I click and look at the category everything is fine, however when I click and look at the sub category I lose my css

Any help please

update - if there are questions in the sub category you have css but no questions and you have no css - I hope that helps find the problem

I changed my URL structure in admin to the second choice and all seems OK now I will keep testing to see if all is OK

I found the solution the css breack when we create a category with & for example we create a category 

Computer & Internet  then css will break

Solution: when create category change the url

& to and 

this is working no error now
