Q2A-Email-Notifications: sawtoothsoftware functionality

I have uploaded this pluggin but can not see in plugin list. I just wanted to know how does it work?

I installed the plugin and see it on the plugin list. Didn't have any problem. But now I don't know how to access the page so users can specify their mailing preferences. I wish @sawtoothsoftware would include some more instructions!

Same issue here, Q2A latest(1.5), how this work?
Am i installed correctly if I put the whole

sawtoothsoftware-Q2A-Email-Notifications-c221405 folder, including 2 subfolders and their files to qa-plugin folder???
