Why do I get some 404 errors in chrome console

Question

I get some 404 errors in my chrome console?

what is the reason?

If the above image is not clear I write some of the errors below:

By the way I use snow flat theme v1.4 in RTL mode

Either a plugin or a theme are referencing those files, which are inaccessible by the web server.

Fix the plugin OR fix the theme OR fix the web server.
