The different URL structures just define how webpages are accessed. However, you have to make sure your web server supports the selected structure (indicated by the "OK" mark), otherwise you might break your Q2A install.
On a technical level none of them are better or worse than the others, but from a user perspective shorter and less convoluted mean more readable and more accessible, so I'd recommend to pick the topmost option supported by your web server.
