How do you disable related questions

For some reason I have been getting related questions when ever I ask a question and never got that before looked in the admon panel and could not find any thing?
Q2A version: 1.86

If you're talking about the Related Question Hints on the Ask Page, you need to go to:
Admin > Posting > Scroll all the way down to - Check for similar questions when asking
