Integrate q2a with hesk help desk

Hi

In my site, the questions are answered by experts, and the answer is checked before being published. Therefore, the work team and I work to transfer the questions to a HESK platform to answer them there between us, and then upon agreement we transfer them to q2a. Is there a way to make the new questions that come to the q2a platform automatically added to the HESK platform?

I don't believe something like this exists already. AFAICS you'd have to write a plugin that a) adds new questions to your helpdesk software (by e-mail, since HESK doesn't seem to have an API) and b) implements an API for allowing answers to be posted from external applications (in your case HESK). For the latter I'm not sure if that can even be done with a plugin. You may need to write that API as a separate web application that interfaces with Q2A by importing some of its functionality.
