Show also the number of comments in number of answers *help needed*

Question

Guys is there any way for adding the number of comments to the number of answers in the questions list?

If for example a certain question has 2 answers and 6 comments, it'll show 2 answers in the questions list, I actually want the 6 comments to add up, so it'll show 8 'answers'.

Anyone who can help me with this?

The comments can be added like this:

but you could fairly easily modify that plugin to combine them.
