Changing Comments to Answers

Question 1

Some of my users have entered in their answers as comments, is there a way to change this? I know how to change answers to comments but not the other way around.

I'm afraid it's not currently possible in the Q2A core, but a plugin could do this by adding buttons via a layer, and using the functions in qa-app-posts.php to delete/recreate the post as appropriate.
