how can i give dofollow backlink in my Q2A site

some people sharing link on my website for backlink but it show in tools saying nofollow.

how can i give to specific link as "dofollow" attribute in my q2a site?

You can check my fork of the Q2A Ultimate SEO plugin. You will have to whitelist each domain, though. Otherwise, undesired users will be able to link to undesired sites.
