How can I give my user an option to hide his name while asking the question?

While posting a question, the user should get an option to make his question anonymous. How do I go about it?

Hello.

You have the option to allow anonymous questions (non registered users) in the administrative panel.

But to have the option as you wish (as in Yahoo Answers), you will need to buy a plugin. See below for more information:
