I installed Q2A 1.8.6 and once I click on the key icon to access as admin I get no text boxes in order to login. May this be a bug or can this me something I missed while installing?

I am new to Q2A so I'm not sure if there is any logs I can check for any error message related to this.

Below you can see the problem I am facing after clicking on the key icon:

The server I am working under is a RedHat:

Question:

How can I get the login text boxes to appear in order to be able to login to my Q2A? installation?

Q2A version: 1.8.6

1. Do you have anything on the server logs?
2. Does the Chrome console say anything?
3. Do you have JavaScript enabled?
4. Is that a 100% clean installation or have you modified something (i.e: adding plugins, modifying the theme, whatever...)

1.  I didn't see any suspicious logs under /var/log related to this problem.
2. Chrome console only says: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" from beginning.
3. In my browser Javascript is enabled. Should I check somewhere else?
4. No plugins nor a new theme where added. I can't even access with the admin user.

5. What resource could not be loaded? Can you provide a screenshot of the Network tab?
6. Do you get the same error after disabling Browser's plugins? (e.g. Adblock)

5. I added on the question the network screenshot. I don't see any resource not being loaded so far.

You seem to have an improperly configured Single Sign On installation.

Chose one, and follow (all) the steps :)

I followed the https://docs.question2answer.org/install/single-sign-on/ instructions. Not sure which step may I have misunderstood or missed. I will try again step by step with a different install directory.

I'm not sure I can confirm this but, most likely, you didn't configure the file in step 11
...
