Tag doesn't find any question though one question has this tag

Question

In a nutshell:

On my q2a instance I have a question (at this url) which has, among other words, the tags "incinérateur" and "décharge". However when I look for one of those tags [1] it says that no question is found (and the http code is 404).

Is this a bug or a behavior that I misunderstand?

My details:

• I've also observed that when we look for other tags that are on this question, it works fine. For instance looking for the tag administration finds this question as expected
• I've wondered if this behavior could be related to the tags with non ascii characters, but when I look for other tags with non ascii characters (example here) it correctly finds the associated questions
• I'm using q2a version 1.8.5
• Here the enabled plugin I have (not sure if it's relevant though):
  • Akismet Spam Filter
  • badges
  • Category Description
  • Event Logger
  • Faq Page
  • Logarithmic Tag Cloud Widget (nb: this is the only plugin related to tag that I'm using)
  • Mouseover Layer
  • Recent Events Widget
  • WYSIWYG Editor
  • XML Sitemap

Follow these steps:

1. Add the tag paris to the question, save it and test again
2. Remove the tag paris
3. If this doesn't work, reindex content from admin/stats
4. Let me know if you fixed this with #1 or #3
