Judging from the description it appears to be a plugin that adds an online booking/reservation system to Q2A.

I tried it on my demo website it was totally blank white

If you got a completely blank page I'd assume that the plugin caused an internal error that prevents the server from building the page. The reason could be any number of things, e.g. incompatibility with the current Q2A version (since the plugin appears to be 4 years old), missing prerequisites, a bug in the code, etc. The web server error log should provide more information if you want to look into this further.
