How to autostart or preload a comment with @username like in Facebook?

Like in Facebook (or Twitter), when you reply John's post or comment, your comment starts with his name. So how can a Q2A comment start with @John or similar format?

I'm sure there is a plugin for that, called 'mentions plug-in' or something similar. Search for it in the plugin category.
