I was making a page through a plugin, when the page was not execute though the match_request function returned true.Actually, I want my page to be executed when someone add a 'info' request after the question url.Like: 168/hlw-hi/info. But it doesn't execute my page, removes my request and redirects to the question page. What to do?

Just a side note: the question url is just  pseudo. Everything you type will always display the question.

168/alibaba-and-40-kids
168/alibaba-and-39-kids
168/alibaba
168/alíbàbà
168/a
 will display only one page.

But maybe something like this may work: 168/alibaba-and-39-kids?show=info

It's not quite clear to me what you want to accomplish here. Usually /foo/bar and /foo/bar/info would be different pages entirely. If you wanted to pass an argument to a page you'd use a query like teddydoors showed. But why require an argument in the first place?
