RSS Feeds - How to integrate with Slack

PHP version - 7.2.24
mysql - 5.7.31
Installed on - Ubuntu 18.04
RSS v2.0

Query - Any procedure how to integrate Q2A with slack, installed RSS APP via slack and when I tried to give my website url 

http://question.companyname.io/feed, tried various urls adding end to my url as wordpress site suggest, nothing works

Error message from slack while tried to integrate : "Error fetching RSS feed"

Any suggestions apperciated!

The Slack help on adding RSS feeds (https://slack.com/intl/en-ch/help/articles/218688467-Add-RSS-feeds-to-Slack) has a note right at the top of the page: "If you get an error when trying to add a feed, try validating the feed at http://validator.w3.org/feed/." Did you do that?

Wrong Url for Q2A feeds.

It should be like mywebsite.com/feed/questions.rss

Check out your Q2A RSS feed tab when you log in your admin account.
