The answer is likely yes. It depends on what exactly you mean by "integrate Q2A into my own site".
You can integrate it into the look and feel of your site with a basic CSS theme, or an additional "advanced theme" that can change almost anything layout-wise: add your own header, site menu, other custom PHP.
If you already have user accounts through Wordpress or a forum, you can integrate Q2A with that using Single Sign On (SSO).
