1.4.1 buggy on (Paid) byethost.com

Question

I am running my site www.whatutag.com on a paid byethost.com plan. When I check a box to enable a feature I want to have and save it, the check that was inside the box goes away. Now, when I do this again another time it actually stays checked. This is a bug and would love to know how to fix it.

As a side note. When I save my options and if the check is not in the box but I want to enable another feature, the other options that were previously enabled are not no longer working and I have to go back and do it all over again.
