Delete users not activated

Hello,

I am using Q&A version 1.7.2 and I got lots of spam users that I never get activated. Is there a query to delete them massively without deleting one by one ?

Moreover, is there a captcha plugin more reliable ? currently I am using reCAPTCHA v2.0.

No you can't.

Recaptcha works fine, the spam registrations are not from bots, they are human spammers. No easy way around that.
