How to Let user change their editor?

Question

I want to give user the option to change the default editor & use their preferred editor.

Some editor works fine on PC some on Android & some on feature phones.

I really want to do it.. kindly help me

If you know which editor is good in each scenario then you configure it!  Log in as admin, and switch to Posting tab if memory serves me right.

Currently, you can choose PC or Mobile. Btw, it's too complicated  to provide options to select which type of phones.
