I have difficulty in translating the file qa-lang-misc.php.
In my language I have a file to be UTF8 and not ANSI And when I save the file as UTF8 The site was destroyed. And see the buttons in the wrong places. As if the CSS file is not correctly.
I do not do anything except make the file "qa-lang-misc.php" from ANSI to UTF8.
What's the problem?
