ad Manager feature? everyone may love this

You already provided solution to place ads at various places using custom theme but it would be great if you implement this feature in upcoming release.

some suggestion on ad spots.
1. ad spot below nav bar, main menu
2. ad spot after question
3. ad spot after all answers, just before related questions.
4. ad spot after related questions.

Placing ad in sidebar can be done using "Custom HTML in sidebar"

I think something more generic would be better. So you have functions that are called at certain points in the code, say before/after the question is output, after first answer, after all the answers, etc.

Then you would use those functions in your theme file and you can output whatever you like - ads, images, other information and so on.
