Can anyone share how to setup MaxCDN with Q2A ?

It is not possible to setup MaxCDN for q2a.

It may be possible to use CloudFront (Amazon CDN) if below plugin work with latest q2a version.

https://github.com/yshiga/q2a-upload-s3
It means you will have to store all images in s3 bucket.

If you get above plugin works with q2a then I can help you to setup CloudFront CDN :)
