I need plugin for remove user points

There is any plugin to remove some of user points?

For example if i need to remove 10 point from user without effect  on another user.

You can do this without a plugin. Go to user page and set -10 points in bonus.

I don't understand. You can also block and delete a user, depending what you're trying to accomplish.
