how to reset admin password from backend

Hi,

I have a question2answer site but I forgot my admin password. When i use the forgot password link to send an email to reset password, i get bellow error. Is there any other way to know/reset admin password.

log in to your site and then go to your user backend.

at the end of the page, you will see "Change Password"
