Feature Request: Display Category Description or Custom HTML above Category Search.

Question

I would like to have separate a "Feature Request" area of my QA site.

I have already created a category named "Feature Request" with the slug "feature-request"

When I send my users to the URL https://%mySite%/qa/questions/feature-request, they only get a simple listing of the existing questions in that category.

I would love to be able to include some Custom HTML or even just the Category Description at the top so that I can explain the process of creating Feature Requests to my users.
