I have my user account existing, can I use common sign-in

I have my existing website with username and password , if i want to use same users do i have to export them to Q2A or can I use same as single sign in. If i can use the same then how will the user account and question exist as there will be no uses existing in Q2A .  Also does Q2A use any framework ?
