Titles look blurred in Chrome

Why do question titles look blurred when viewing through chrome?  On Microsoft Edge and Firefox it looks fine.  Noticed on my website and this website.  Is there a fix for this?

Ok, its hard to tell with that picture, but all text looks fine except each question title.
