Is there a plugin for direct background image loading in snowflat or other root?

I mean from the administration panel that you can load the background image without having to open the hosting paste url in qa-theme.
it would be great that from the q2a itself you can load it to background the image and not have to go to the hosting and paste the url. I was wondering if there was or there is a connector with this feature that would save entry times to the panel and qa-theme directory and paste URL to put background image.
