after update to 1.8 users page is Broken

When update q2a, users page is broken in show list of my user like this picture:

How resolve it ?

*I use snow flat them

Are you using the default SnowFlat theme, no modifications?
Does the same issue occur if you use LTR direction (Admin>General options) instead of RTL?
Does this occur in every browser?

I checked your site and you don't have the correct CSS, it's missing many styles. So you'll need to make sure you've uploaded the qa-styles.css file.

You also appear to be using the beta version, not the final 1.8.0 version. So make sure to upgrade to that.
