When change email in my site doesn't show "Please confirm"

Hi there,

after update q2a site to 1.8 V when change email dosen't show link to go confirm page

this page is available (/confirm) but doesn't show after email fields in edit page

It took a while but I finally managed to track this down, it was a small issue with a PR from a while back that fixed another bug (new users being prevented from changing their email).

The specific change is super simple though, see this diff if you want to copy it to your own site (the fix will be in Q2A v1.8.1).
