It's probably easier to ask your host about that because every host cold have different methods.
Most hosts will give you an FTP login, which you can use with a FTP program like FileZilla. When you log in you should have your files from your computer on one side (usually the left) and the server files on the other (usually right). Then copy the files from the local side to the server side.
