When click on the Answer button, I get the duplicate_content error

When click on the Answer button, I get the duplicate_content error. but the answer is saved

How it can be fixed?

It does not seem to happen in the initial installation. It is difficult to think that it is a bug of the new version. This is a solution as an existing bug. If you have added extra plugins, you may find out the cause by searching (grep) with "filter_answer" under qa-plugin folder.
