Help.. QA_BLOBS_DIRECTORY No working!!

Make the change in qa-config.php but do not save anything in the directory. Still stored in the DB

My Change is:

define('QA_BLOBS_DIRECTORY', '/var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/upload');

Perhaps, I think there is no change about this feature in V1.7.x. This feature is a bit complicated, so it is recommended to read Tips carefully.
