Prevent Q2A users of editing questions after admin approval

Hi there,

How I can disable users of editing their question after admin approval? Is there any permission or plugins?

Some users ask their questions and once they get answers they edit the question and say "Remove this question"!

I used this plugin, but it didn't didn't show the change history: https://github.com/svivian/q2a-edit-history

If they change any questions you can see in activity tab. but it is good to have history/version functionality for this kind of issue.
