it was for both questions and users but now I found a way to move questions, by rss feed. Wp has a feature to import rss, and qa provides rss so it is fixed but I still can't move my registered user information from qa to wp

You can have the same number of Wordpress websites introduced under one facilitating account as you need the length of they are altogether introduced in independent envelopes and have isolate SQL databases introduced for each Wordpress blog. It sounds like you have done this effectively.
