Cookies Notice => which Plugin can I use for this ?

Hi Guys,

I live in Europe, and the registration ask us to put Cookies Notice User validation -

Is there a simple plugin I can put on my Q2A list of questions to said that my Forum collect cookies.

I would like to put on the footer of each pages with a "validation clic" to said "OK (then it disapear)" + "a link to a page about cookies informations policy".
